What is Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification?

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification is designed for in-house facilitators as they scale and customize the Everything DiSC Workplace® learning experience within their own organization. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence and competence with engaging content on the principles of the DiSC model; suggests strategies for delivering a customized learning experience; and gives insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios. Participants will not only gain the credential and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace®, but gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

Now A SHRM Recertification Provider!

®Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® now offer SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 15 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification and The Five Behaviors® Team Development Accreditation.

This course is intended for internal Human Resources or Learning and Development professionals who want to develop a deeper level of expertise in Everything DiSC Workplace® and customize Everything DiSC® to meet the needs of their organization.

With the primary purpose to increase confidence and expertise in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace^®, this online blended learning course is perfect for clients who want to help their organization get the most out of this solution. The course is accessible anytime from your client’s home or office computer, and offers the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live, virtual classroom sessions led by expert trainers

Program Components

Four weeks of self-directed online work (approximately 2-3 hours of online coursework to be completed per week)
Active participation in three live 90-minute virtual sessions (instructor-led)
Small group facilitation, including exploring challenging scenarios that could come up during workshops
Active knowledge checks to help understanding and improve learning and retention
Project Team Presentation (third live session) and Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

In Person

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification (In-Person)

We help you become more knowledgeable, confident, and engaged through participating in the Everything DiSC Workplace^® Certification (In-person). With a primary purpose to increase confidence and expertise in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace, this intensive course offers new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within your organization.

This course begins with online pre-work, culminating in two days of practical application facilitated by Wiley’s expert trainers in Minneapolis, MN- USA or in London-UK.
