What is Everything DiSC®?
Everything DiSC® is the best personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model.
The DiSC model, based on the work of psychologist William Moulton Marston in the 1920s, is a popular, straightforward, standardised, and relatively easy way to assess behavioural styles and preferences.
What is The Five Behaviors®?
It is a Team Development solution to help individuals or groups to understand themselves when they work in one team or more.
The Five Behaviors® is an American company owned by Wiley Publishing company which has been helping people for over 200 years; Helping Individuals and organisations develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
The Five Behaviors® is the result of the partnership between Wiley company and best-selling author Patrick Lencioni. The Five Behaviours are Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. This unique learning experience helps individuals and teams build effective work culture through communication and collaboration.

Do you train the trainer? Do you give us Certificates?
Yes, Isle of Innovation provides Certification courses for Everything DiSC® online or in-person in different cities.
And we provide Accreditation courses for The Five Behaviors® online only.
This is attached with our great Facilitation Kits we provide including a Trainer’s guide which helps you to deliver workshops step by step, what to say and what to show your trainees. In addition to PowerPoint slides with embedded videos and participant handouts and guides.
We also have special courses in Train-the-Trainer to be a professional coach.

TALAL ALLAF, The founder & Director of Isle of Innovation:
From my very first job in the sales section of an Apple Computer Centre in Syria, I fell in love with training after being sent on a sales course. Immediately I saw how this was going to open horizons for me. I became fascinated with culture change, developing leaders, and working with aspiring managers.
The power of training gave me the ability to shape my career and I had the opportunity to work in many different countries, finally moving to London and setting up Isle of Innovation so that I could share the what I’d discovered.
I’m a life long learner - it’s what keeps me enthusiastic and optimistic. It has led to building a large network of friends and associates who also have education in their hearts and have also seen the positive change in can bring.
