Adrian progressed into management and leadership training over 25 years ago following a successful career in operations and subsequently, regional management. Adrian understands the demands and complexities of the business world.  He blends this lived business knowledge with human insight into his coaching and training, creating an experience for participants which is rich in learning and support. Adrian thrives on assisting managers to grow their intellectual capital as they strive for results through their teams and the wider organisational systems.

His inspiring and engaging communication style, combined with passion and energy is coupled with a focus on practical application which gets results.  This means he effortlessly makes connections between management capabilities, authentic behaviours and practice. Adrian is insightful, prepared to challenge, yet supportive and sensitive to the participants’ working environment.
