Anass Tooma brings 18 years of HR experience in the UK and the Middle East including 5 years’ experience in recruitment and business research.

His recruitment specialty includes "Out of the Box" Recruiting Processes targeting passive candidates, and diversity recruitment and retention programs for senior management to mid-level positions.

His experience also covers business development, employee engagement, performance and resource optimisation, career paths and training paths, and stakeholder management.

Anas moved to the UK in 2008 and completed his MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of South Wales.
