What kind of TRAINING do you provide your clients?

What do you mean by COACHING?
In Coaching we do not teach our clients what to do, but we help them to learn.

We help them to improve their performance.

We do personal or groups coaching by our professional and certified trainers and coaches.

What type of CONSULTING do you provide?
Isle of Innovation consultants help individuals and organisations by providing its expertise and advice in different sectors in the workplace.

We help managers and leaders to know how to get maximum results from business and satisfied individuals.

We work with our clients to enter the Middle East market, especially in Saudi Arabia.

Do you train the trainer? Do you give us Certificates?
Yes, Isle of Innovation provides Certification courses for Everything DiSC® online or in-person in different cities.

And we provide Accreditation courses for The Five Behaviors® online only.

This is attached with our great Facilitation Kits we provide including a Trainer’s guide which helps you to deliver workshops step by step, what to say and what to show your trainees. In addition to PowerPoint slides with embedded videos and participant handouts and guides.

We also have special courses in Train-the-Trainer to be a professional coach.
