Talal started his journey early when he was seventeen years old as a junior exhibitor in Damascus, then moved to work as a supervisor in a general contracting company, where he spent two years.

Then he challenged himself when he applied for a sales job in Apple Computer Centre in Syria, to learn about IT business and receive his first Sales SPIN® course before falling in love with the SALES job.

His ambition in sales took him far from family to fly down to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he worked as a Sales Executive in a big Lighting company, spent three years before he decided to go back to IT business.

He started a new job is sales in IT wholesale, before he was invited by one of the largest accounts in Riyadh city to work as a Sales Executive, selling Acer and Dell computers in addition to HP printing solutions and 3COM networking devices, with Antivirus and Microsoft applications. During that he attended a new SPIN® Selling training course in Saudi Arabia, until he was promoted to be the Global Segment Manager for DELL in Saudi Arabia.

After spending nine years in IT hardware sales, he got a great job with one of the leading companies in Online Project Management Solutions, to be its Country Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Finally, moved to E-Government Business in Saudi Arabia when he worked with Elm Company as a Senior Channel Manager.

In 2015 Talal started his research in Training and Coaching business, then when he moved  to live in London, he registered his own company Isle of Innovation to provide Training, Coaching and Consulting to all clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Isle of Innovation is specialised in Psychometric assessments and Team development programmes, in addition to Sales, Soft Skills, 5S, Protocol & Etiquette training.
A great success and achievements were in the second and third year in London, and a decision was made to increase investment horizontally and vertically to continue supporting current and future clients, powered by real and strong partners in the UK and the Middle East.
