Motivation Buttons uses “Machine Learning” techniques, a branch of Artificial Intelligence. Machine learning focuses on the use of data and algorithms to imitate the way that humans learn, gradually improving its accuracy.

The tool produces very clear recommendations about a candidate such as:
– is the candidate likely to quit within few months?
– is the candidate suitable to working from home?
– is the candidate likely to perform well for a specific role (inbound call centre agent, home delivery agent, picker…)

Based in Brussels, the tool was developed by an international team and is available in 4 languages (English, French, Dutch, Turkish). Other languages can be added.

The use of this tool has resulted in visible reduction in staff turnover within few months and is used by top telephone operator, quick service restaurant and a logistics firm.

After working as a manager at Exel Logistics and Sabena Technics companies in Belgium, he first served as the European Logistics and Supply Chain Director at Tenneco Automotive, the manufacturer of Monroe shock absorbers, and then at Mattel, the manufacturer of Barbie dolls.

In 2006 he returned to Turkey as Arkas Holding Board Member and Group President.

Ahmet Tamtekin founded Engaged4Results coaching and leadership development firm in 2009.

Ahmet Tamtekin, who is a Master Coach, provides coaching services to senior executives in Turkey and Europe.
Tamtekin, who was an independent board member of Borusan Logistics between 2001-2006 and 2009-2017, has been a visiting lecturer on Strategy at Kedge Business School Master Program in France since 2010 and a visiting lecturer at Bilgi University.

Ahmet Tamtekin has two published books.

She graduated from METU Department of Mathematics in 1989. In the same year, she became a research assistant at METU Mathematics Department.

She completed her master’s degree in the Department of Applied Mathematics at METU Institute of Science in 1992 and received her doctorate degree from Ankara University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Technology in 2007.

Between 1995-2012 she worked at the Ministry of Economy as a branch manager in the Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade and she worked as a part time lecturer between 2008-2010 between she Turkey Middle East Public Administration Institute (TODAIE) and TOBB Economics and Technology University.

At the ministry she worked as a project manager, expert, consultant and researcher in projects supported by organizations such as the Ministry of Economy, TOBB University of Economics and Technology, TODAİE, TÜBİTAK, UNICEF, the Ministry of National Education and private educational institutions.

She worked as a Board Member in METU Alumni Association and as a coordinator and researcher in the Education Policies Commission.

She also assumed the leadership of the Distance Education Working Group and supported projects for 9-12 year old children.

After training and working in the United States, in 2013, she created Turkey’s first Brain Training CenterForbrin Learning Center.

Since 2017, at Forbrain , she provides services in training and consultancy on how to teach, how to learn, how to develop mathematical intelligence, how to improve cognitive skills (attention, concentration, processing speed, memory, logic and reasoning, visual and auditory processing, planning, organization, etc.).
